Historical evolution of Fenghua

Fenghua belonged to Yinxian County in Qin and Han Dynasties, and successively to Zhang Ju County and Magistrate of a County in Jin and Sui Dynasties. In the 26th year of Tang Kaiyuan (738), the county was located in Fenghua County. There are three theories about the origin of county names. It is said that Mingzhou County was quite Fenghua County in the Tang Dynasty, hence the name Fenghua County. On the one hand, it is named after "people are willing to flatter sinicization"; One said it came from Fenghua Mountain in the east of the county seat.

Fenghua belonged to Yue State in the Spring and Autumn Period. During the Warring States period, it belonged to the State of Chu. In the twenty-fifth year of the King of Qin (the first 222 years), it belonged to Huiji County, Yin County, and the county ruled Baizhili (now Baidu Village, Fenghua). In the first year of the founding of the People's Republic of China (AD 9), Wang Mang was honored as Yin. In the early years of Jianwu in the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was changed to Yin. In the ninth year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (589), Yuyao, Yinxian and Shanshan counties entered Zhangzhixi. Fenghua belongs to Zhang Ju County. In the fourth year of Tang Wude (62 1), the chapter was Yin and Yao, and there was no county under it. Fenghua belongs to Yinzhou, which governs Sanjiangkou (now Haishu District, Ningbo). In the eighth year of Tang Wude (625), Yinzhou was abolished as a county, which governed Xiaoxi and transferred to Yuezhou. In the 26th year of Kaiyuan (738), An Interview with Jiangnan East Road asked the court to analyze the land of Yuezhou County and set up four counties: Zhi, Cixi, Fenghua and Wengshan. Tied with Mingzhou; Fenghua is a county in Mingzhou, which governs Jinping Street in the urban area, and its territory is roughly the same as today. In the Song Dynasty, Fenghua was the king xian county. Yuanyuan Zhenyuan (1295) was promoted to the national level. In the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), it was restored as a county, which belonged to the state capital of Ming Dynasty. In the 14th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (138 1), Mingzhou Prefecture was renamed Ningbo Prefecture. In Qing dynasty, Fenghua belonged to Ningbo.

Abandoned road directly under Zhejiang province 1927. 1928 belongs to Yinxian County. 1936 belongs to the sixth administrative supervision area of Zhejiang province. 1948 belongs to the second administrative supervision area of Zhejiang province.

1956: Withdraw areas and merge townships, and set up 5 towns and 27 townships.

1959, 12 communes and 40 administrative districts.

1983, Ningbo was revoked and Fenghua was changed to Ningbo.

(2) Zhao Tong Town and Pishou Township were abolished and merged into Chun Hu Town, which has jurisdiction over 60 villages and 2 neighborhood committees, and the resident remains unchanged. (3) Fangqiao Town was abolished and merged into Jiangkou Town, with jurisdiction over 8/kloc-0 villages and 2 neighborhood committees, and the resident remained unchanged. (4) Cancel Baidu Township and merge it into West Zhen Wu, which governs 62 villages, 1 neighborhood committee, and the resident remains unchanged. (5) Louyan Township was abolished and merged into Shangtian Town, with jurisdiction over 76 villages and 1 neighborhood committee, and the resident station remained unchanged. (6) Dongli Township was abolished and merged into Dayan Town, with jurisdiction over 63 villages and 1 neighborhood committee, and the resident remained unchanged. (7) Cancel Song 'ao Township and set up Song 'ao Town, which governs 14 villages, and the resident remains unchanged. (8) The cancellation of Da Qiao Town is directly under the jurisdiction of Fenghua Municipal Government. Jinping Street is located in the west of Xianhe River, which governs 23 villages and 10 neighborhood committees, and now resides in the former Da Qiao Town Government. There is Lin Yue Street to the east of Xianhe River, which governs 25 villages and 3 neighborhood committees and is located at No.36 Taoyuan Road. (9) After adjustment, Fenghua has 9 towns and 2 streets in the urban area.

From June 26th, 2000 1 year, Fenghua adjusted the township administrative divisions, and the original 19 township was re-divided into two streets and nine towns: (1) Da Qiao Town was abolished and directly under the jurisdiction of Fenghua Municipal Government. Taking the county river as the boundary, there are two streets: ① Jinping Street is set to the west of the county river, which governs 23 administrative villages and 10 residential areas, and is located in the former Da Qiao town government station; (2) Lin Yue Street is located in the east of Xianhe River, which governs 25 administrative villages and 3 residential areas, and is located at No.36 Taoyuan Road. (2) Cancel the organizational system of Xikou, Banxi, Zhu Bi and Banzhu, and merge to form a new Xikou town. The adjusted Xikou Town governs 1 14 administrative villages and 4 residential areas. (3) Cancel the organizational system of Chun Hu, Zhao Tong and Shibuya, and merge to form a new Chun Hu town. The adjusted Chun Hu Town governs 60 administrative villages and 2 residential areas. (4) Cancel the establishment of Jiangkou Town and Fangqiao Town, and merge to form a new Jiangkou Town. The adjusted Jiangkou Town governs 8/kloc-0 administrative villages and 2 residential areas. (5) Cancel the organizational system of Baidu Township and merge its administrative area into West Zhen Wu. The adjusted West Zhen Wu governs 62 administrative villages and 1 residential area. (6) Revoke the organizational system of Louyan Township and merge its administrative area into Shangtian Town. After adjustment, Shangtian Town governs 76 administrative villages and 1 residential area. (7) Revoke the organizational system of Dongli Township and merge its administrative area into Dayan Town. The adjusted Dayan Town governs 63 administrative villages and 1 residential area. (8) Cancel the organizational system of Song 'ao Township and set up Song 'ao Town to administer 14 administrative villages. (9) The administrative divisions of Xiaowangmiao Town and Qiucun Town remain unchanged.

In September, 2002, Fenghua City administered 2 streets, 9 towns, 14 communities, 13 residential areas and 580 administrative villages.
