1. Do not leave the forest unless necessary, and do not go to the medium and high-risk areas announced in the country unless necessary. Persons with a history of residence in at-risk areas are required to proactively report their activity and contact history within the past 14 days, refrain from participating in gathering activities, avoid going to crowded public places, and actively cooperate in conducting nucleic acid testing and implementing relevant control measures. If the epidemic prevention and control work is affected by failure to report or implement relevant prevention and control measures, corresponding responsibilities will be investigated in accordance with the law.

2. All guesthouses, hotels, B&Bs and other accommodation units in the county must strictly implement the temperature measurement, health code and itinerary code verification of all staying passengers. If there are medium and high risk areas or areas where cases have occurred, People coming to Qinghai with a history of living in Qingdao must report to their community or local CDC in a timely manner and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.

3. Strengthen personal protection and be the first person responsible for health. Do not carry out gathering activities unless necessary. In crowded and closed places, adhere to the scientific and standardized wearing of masks, and develop good hygiene habits and healthy lifestyles such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, "one meter noodles", serving spoons and chopsticks, and cough etiquette. If you have suspected symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense of smell, diarrhea, etc., avoid taking buses and other public transportation to the hospital. You should contact the community immediately, take personal protection and isolation, and wait for arrangements. Transfer in a special car or drive to the fever clinic of a designated hospital for medical treatment, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.

4. Take the initiative to vaccinate against COVID-19 in a timely manner and build an immune barrier. Recently, sporadic cases of COVID-19 have occurred in many places in China. Vaccination against COVID-19 is an effective measure to prevent COVID-19. It can reduce the infection rate, severe disease rate and mortality rate. It is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Those who meet the requirements but have not yet been vaccinated, including those who have not completed the full course of vaccination, are asked to take the initiative to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at the vaccination site in their jurisdiction as soon as possible to establish a population immunity barrier as soon as possible.

5. People who have returned to the forest from low-risk areas are invited to go to the risk sampling point of Lindian County Hospital to take samples.
