Third, the central passage.

1. Audience escalator: Audience escalator shall not be used to transport any goods, equipment or furniture.

2. Freight elevator/lifting platform: Exhibits and bulky goods can only enter the second floor through the freight elevator or lifting platform.

Four, food and beverage samples

1. For the food and beverage samples distributed in the leased area, the organizer shall obtain the written approval of relevant institutions.

2. All food and beverage samples shall conform to the current health, safety and hygiene standards and all other regulations of China food hygiene management department.

3. Without the permission of the Center, foreign box lunch shall not be brought into the exhibition hall.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) animal

Animals, reptiles, fish, birds or other animals are not allowed to enter the center unless they are approved exhibits or their uses are related to exhibition activities or performances. At the same time, the organizer must prove to the center that appropriate preventive measures have been taken to care for and control these animals, and obtain the written approval of the center in advance.

Intransitive verb cleaning service

The center provides general cleaning work for public areas and conference rooms.

Seven, management fees

The organizer shall notify its selected freight forwarders and contractors to pay management fees and construction permit fees to the center according to regulations.

Eight, * * * service with business equipment

For safety reasons, the installation and connection of all public facilities, including electricity, water supply, drainage, compressed gas and telecommunications services, should be provided by the center. Please contact the center for details.

In addition, the organizer will pay the electricity fee according to the electricity meter.

Nine. Use of central facilities

1. All erection, installation, demolition, moving and finishing work shall not cause unnecessary interference or interruption to the exhibitions of other tenants in the center.

2. Do not use nails, glue, thumbtacks or similar materials in any part of the building; Take responsibility for all the losses caused by this.

When the lease expires, the leased goods will be returned intact.

4. Unless otherwise permitted, the following articles are prohibited from being displayed or entering the center: weapons, drugs, guns, swords, ammunition, explosives, inflammable materials, radioactive substances and other dangerous articles, articles prohibited from being imported, articles infringing patent rights, articles that may hinder the smooth operation of the center and any articles prohibited by relevant government departments.
