Windshields are divided into temporary windshields and permanent windshields.

1) Temporary wind-proof wall: Generally, wooden boards are nailed on the upright posts, and yellow mud is plastered on the wooden boards to build temporary wind-proof walls.

Service conditions: it is used when the service life is not long, the surrounding rock pressure of roadway is small, and the requirements for air leakage rate are not strict.

2) Permanent wind wall: stone, brick, cement and concrete buildings are generally used.

Service conditions: long service life, high surrounding rock pressure and strict air leakage rate.

3. Air door:

In the roadway where airflow is not allowed to pass, but pedestrians or vehicles need to pass, air doors must be set.

According to the structure: ordinary air door and self-propelled air door.

4, ventilation facilities management regulations:

(1), the ventilation department should adjust the system and try to reduce the wind resistance mainly by natural distribution of air volume.

(2) Take good care of ventilation facilities: it is forbidden to open the air door at the same time, or report the damage of the air door in time. If the affected area affects the air volume of the system, it will be generated after power failure and evacuation, and the safety supervision organization will analyze and deal with it.

(3) Ventilation facilities are managed by the ventilation department, and other units have no right to move or dismantle them. If it needs to be removed or moved, you need to contact the ventilation department in advance.

(4) It is forbidden to enter the railing, dismantle the railing, close the fence, wind sign and other ventilation facilities. One of the main parameters of mine ventilation is air volume, that is, air volume passing through mine roadway in unit time.

Second, the wind measurement method adopts fixed-point method, nine-point method and straight-line method to calculate the average wind speed.

The number of wind measurements on the same section shall not be less than three times, and the error of each measurement result shall not exceed 5%, and then the average of three times shall be taken. After the average wind speed is measured, the roadway air volume is calculated from the cross-sectional area of the anemometer station.

"Coal Mine Safety Regulations" stipulates that at least every 10 day, a comprehensive air volume measurement shall be conducted.
