(July 29, 2013)

Entering the flood season, geological disasters in our province have entered a period of high incidence. In order to improve geological disaster emergency response To improve response capabilities, the Provincial Department has decided that the land and resources authorities at the provincial, municipal and county levels will jointly conduct a practical drill for geological disaster emergency investigation. It plans to invite relevant personnel from the Provincial Meteorological Bureau to participate. The following drill plan is now formulated.

1. Purpose of the exercise

To train the geological disaster emergency investigation team, test emergency equipment and capabilities, improve technical response capabilities, and improve the level of geological disaster emergency response.

2. Exercise Tasks

The main task is to simulate an emergency investigation of a single geological disaster and test the emergency response capabilities and emergency response capabilities of relevant departments and personnel to sudden geological disasters through the exercise. Investigate capabilities and test the technical support level of the construction of our province’s geological disaster emergency technology platform and related emergency equipment.

The specific tasks are:

(1) Carry out an emergency mobilization of the geological disaster survey department, emergency surveying and mapping department, and meteorological information service department.

(2) Implement emergency geological disaster investigation of landslide (collapse) on the north abutment of Wohushan Reservoir, Zhonggong Town, Licheng District, Jinan City.

(3) Trial the systems and equipment for the early construction of the geological disaster emergency technology platform.

(4) Simulate geological disaster video and audio remote consultation and command.

(5) Prepare the first draft of geological disaster emergency investigation technical report, emergency response measure suggestions and information release.

3. Exercise location, time and background

Drill location: North dam abutment of Wohushan Reservoir, Zhonggong Town, Licheng District, Jinan City.

Drill time: July 29, 2013, 13:00-18:00.

Drill background: The group survey and prevention personnel at the disaster point on the north abutment of the Wohushan Reservoir discovered the danger of landslide. After preliminary investigation, it was found that 3 households and 12 people were threatened, threatening the north abutment and the north abutment of the Wohushan Reservoir. The safety of residents downstream of the reservoir. The group detection and prevention personnel immediately reported the disaster to the land and resources departments at all levels level by level, and directly reported it to the emergency personnel on duty at the Department of Land and Resources. The personnel on duty believed that the danger was urgent and serious, quickly prepared an emergency work plan, and reported it to the emergency management department of the Department of Land and Resources in a timely manner. office. After receiving the report, the Provincial Department of Land and Resources launched a first-level geological disaster technical response and immediately requested the Jinan Municipal Land and Resources Bureau to conduct an advance investigation and take advance emergency response.
