Executive director

Mr. Zhang Zhaoxing (Chairman and General Manager) was appointed as the Chairman of the Company on July 20 13. Mr. Zhang has been the executive director, vice chairman and general manager of the Company since 2008. He is also the chairman of Guangzhou Yuexiu Group Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Yuexiu Group") and Yuexiu Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Yuexiu Enterprise"), and the chairman of Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (stock code: 0 1052) listed on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Zhang was awarded the MBA by the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is qualified as a senior accountant in China and has rich experience in financial management, industrial management, capital operation and corporate culture construction of large enterprises. Before joining Yuexiu Enterprise in 2008, Mr. Zhang was the director and general manager of Guangzhou Radio Group Co., Ltd., the chairman and general manager of Haihua Electronic Enterprise (China) Co., Ltd., the chairman of Guangzhou Guangdian Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. and the director of Guangzhou Guangdian Yuntong Financial Electronics Co., Ltd. (a company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 002 152). Mr. Zhang is the representative of the 12 National People's Congress of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the only state-owned enterprise in Guangzhou.

Mr. Zhu Chunxiu (Vice Chairman) was appointed as the executive director and vice chairman of the Company on July 20 13, and also served as the vice chairman and general manager of Guangzhou Yuexiu Group and Yuexiu Enterprises. Mr. Zhu was awarded an advanced MBA by Sun Yat-sen University. He is qualified as an economist in China and has rich management experience in large financial and banking enterprises. Before serving as the vice chairman of the Company, Mr. Zhu served as the vice chairman and general manager of Guangzhou International Holding Group Co., Ltd. and concurrently served as the director of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank (formerly Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Association).

Mr. Tang Shouchun

In 2006, he was appointed as an executive director of the Company. Mr. Tang is currently the deputy general manager of Guangzhou Yuexiu Group and Yuexiu Enterprises, assisting the Group in enterprise management, legal affairs, internal audit and finance. Mr. Tang graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University, and holds the qualifications of China Senior Accountant, China Senior Economist, China Certified Asset Appraiser, and a doctorate in agricultural economics and management. Before joining Yuexiu Enterprise in 2002, he taught at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu and was an associate professor at South China Normal University in Guangzhou. Mr. Tang used to be the director and chief accountant of Guangzhou Urban Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., responsible for organizing the company's accounting, financial management and capital operation, and participating in the planning and operation management of several large-scale real estate projects. Mr. Tang has accumulated rich experience in financial management and capital operation of large enterprises.

Mr Chen Zhihong.

On 20 1 1 year, he was appointed as the executive director and general manager of the company. Mr. Chen is an MBA, economist and engineer of South China University of Technology. 200 1 year 1 month, officially joined Yuexiu enterprise, and served as deputy general manager, general manager and general manager of investment department. In 2006 1 month, he was transferred to the position of deputy general manager of our company and director and deputy general manager of Guangzhou Urban Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Before that, Mr. Chen worked in Guangzhou Paper Group for nearly 20 years and has been engaged in enterprise management. He was appointed to the Guangzhou Municipal Government System Reform Committee to participate in the economic system reform. Mr. Chen has accumulated rich experience in the real estate industry and is familiar with the regulatory policies of the real estate industry in China Mainland.

Independent non-executive director

Mr. Yu Lifa has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 1992. Mr. Yu holds a master's degree in applied finance from Macquarie University in Australia and a diploma in management from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Yu has over 40 years of experience in investment, banking and finance.

Mr. Li Jialin has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2000. Mr. Li is a professional accountant, a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, and has more than 20 years of banking and auditing experience. He is an independent non-executive director of Zhou Shengsheng Group International Limited (stock code: 00 1 16) and Yutai Cai Zhong Holdings Limited (stock code: 00555). The shares of the above companies are listed on the stock exchange.

Mr. Liu Hanquan (gold bauhinia star, JP) has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2004. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of London. He is a lawyer of the Hong Kong High Court, a notary public entrusted by the Ministry of Justice of China and an international notary public. He is now a senior partner of Liu Hanquan Law Firm and a member of the Standing Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Liu is currently in Fangxing Real Estate (China) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 008 17), Rising Sun Enterprise Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00393), Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (stock code: 0 1052), Qiaofu Construction Enterprise Group (stock code: 00207) and Wing Hang Bank. He also served as BOC Group Insurance Co., Ltd., BOC Group Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Nanyang Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and Chu&; Directors of Launomines Limited, Sunhon Investment and Finance Limited, Wydoff Limited and Wytex Limited. Mr. Liu was the chairman of the District Council from 1988 to 1994, the president of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 1992 to 1993, a member of the Bilingual Laws Advisory Committee from 1988 to 1997, and a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council from 1995 to 2004 (a member of the Provisional Legislative Council from 1997 to 1998).
