Give full play to the efficiency of mechanical snow removal, and organically combine mechanical snow removal with manual snow removal to improve the speed and quality of snow removal. The third is information guarantee. Arrange a dedicated person to listen to the weather forecast every day. If there is a possibility of snowfall, increase the number of overnight stays on duty, organize road maintenance workers to inspect the snow conditions on the road, and report any heavy snow conditions immediately. The fourth is institutional guarantee. Specific provisions are made on the time limit for snow removal, requiring the roads to be cleared and compacted with snow within seven days for heavy snowfall, five days for moderate snowfall, and clearing for light snowfall as it falls. Ensure smooth roads and safe driving of vehicles. From January to the end of March, the snow removal volume at our station was 484,340 cubic meters, and the bridge deck deiced 11 cubic meters, providing a basic guarantee for the smooth flow of roads along the route.
(4) Maintenance of internal construction
A dedicated person will organize and archive various data in a timely manner and provide timely statistical reports. Internal industry files have basically been standardized, normalized and scientific. Two large-scale road condition surveys were carried out in May and October to gain a detailed understanding of the technical indicators of the highways under management and maintenance, and classify and organize basic data to provide information guarantee for maintenance work.
(5) Early spring maintenance work
1. Dredge bridges and culverts. Thoroughly clean the snow on both sides of bridges, culverts and side ditches, clear drainage holes in drainage channels in a timely manner, promptly report damaged areas and make repair plans, and repair them as soon as possible.
2. Pay close attention to the gbm project. Carry out greening and beautification work along the highway of our station, repair slopes and ditches in a timely manner to keep the slopes smooth and solid, and lead road maintenance workers to sow broom plums, whitewash trees, etc., so that the highway meets the requirements of standardization and beautification .
3. Strengthen the maintenance and repair of facilities along the line. Conduct an investigation and statistics on the damage to facilities along the line, and make a repair plan to repair all damaged facilities in a short period of time and restore their functions.
(6) Cleaning and beautification work.
Implement a maintenance responsibility system for road maintenance workers, assign the responsibility to one person, work in groups and sections, and sign a maintenance responsibility certificate. The attendance status of road maintenance workers is checked daily, and a meeting of road maintenance team leaders is held every Monday afternoon to summarize the attendance work. The road maintenance rate of road maintenance workers reached 99, and the annual cleaning volume was 13,541.5km. Strengthen vegetation management along the highway, ensure that the survival rate of trees meets the uniform requirements everywhere, and the height of weeds on the roadside meets the regulations, achieving greening, beautification, and fragrance of the highway.
(7) Disease repair work
Our station’s maintenance staff inspect the road on time every day, and apply for repairs of road diseases and damaged facilities in a timely manner. After an autumn road condition survey in September, a comprehensive repair work was carried out, including 140 corrugated plates, 4 ditch repairs, 5 rapids repairs, 1 bridge cone slope repair, 1 mileage sign, etc. --A total of 8 damaged areas will be repaired this year to ensure the integrity of facilities along the line.
3. Shortcomings and next steps
The maintenance work of our station in 2019 has basically achieved a steady development trend and reached the goal set at the beginning of the year. However, there are still some problems. Some shortcomings are mainly reflected in:
1. The quality of personnel needs to be continuously improved;
2. The work attitude of individual employees is not correct enough;
3. The level of scientific maintenance needs to be further improved. In the next step of work, our station will carry out targeted work, refine work indicators, and incorporate them into next year's work plan.
