There are 10 public institutions on the second floor of the Guilin Real Estate Administration Bureau. Four business units are under centralized management, namely Guilin Sanjian Co., Ltd., Guilin Housing and Construction Real Estate Development Company, Guilin Real Estate Development Corporation, and Guilin Fengyuan Hotel.
