It is necessary to unify safety and production. In order to grasp production, we must first focus on safety. Preventive measures must be taken proactively to nip accidents in the bud and achieve "nip in the bud." Under the guidance of the Construction Group and Tongchuan Branch, our project department's work safety management work adheres to the main line of work of "safe development, national peace and security", actively explores work ideas and supervision methods for the construction of a safety production supervision and management system under the new situation, and strives to improve Safety production supervision level. The safety production work of our project department is summarized as follows:

1. Strengthen management personnel and improve the construction of safety production organization system. In order to grasp the safety production work, we must first focus on improving the ideological awareness of the main construction management personnel. Actively explore new ideas for supervision. Safety managers are the main supervisors of safety production at construction sites. Only by improving the safety awareness of safety managers can we do a good job in safety work at construction sites and various construction projects. According to the above ideas, our project promptly established and improved various safety management systems, safety management systems, and basic work on production safety. Implement systems and work processes such as education for first-time offenders, heavy penalties for repeat offenders, inspection of hidden dangers, analysis of accidents, implementation of responsibilities, accountability, and serious rectification. Strictly follow the principle of "one post, two responsibilities" and "whoever is in charge is responsible", so that all safety management personnel realize the importance of safety production work, and make it clear that they must make safety production work detailed and practical, and improve the level of safety management .

2. Strengthen the requirement for special operations personnel to hold certificates.

All special work personnel including (tower crane drivers, welders, scaffolders, electricians, etc.) must hold valid certificates that have been passed the assessment by the relevant departments to work with certificates. At the same time, the project department does a good job in file management of all workers entering the site. 3. Do a good job in safety technical briefings

Strengthen safety technical briefings for construction crews, mainly including: construction location environment, equipment conditions, wearing of personal protective equipment, and hazardous operating areas Inspection, protection of various protective measures, etc.: Before construction, based on the characteristics, construction technology, features, difficulty, precautions, etc. of each sub-project, targeted safety technical briefings will be provided to the operators to let the construction personnel understand what may happen during the construction. 4. Target management and supervision system

A list of major hazard sources has been established, major hazard sources and major environmental factors have been determined based on the actual conditions of the project, and control measures have been formulated. During the construction process, the identified hazard sources and environmental factors were monitored with emphasis, and dedicated personnel were assigned to monitor the hazards. If potential safety hazards were discovered, personnel were immediately organized to make rectifications, thus ensuring that all hazard sources and environmental factors were under control. Strictly implement production safety laws and regulations, and configure construction machinery and equipment and all safety facilities in accordance with regulations.

5. Do a good job in safety education and training, improve the overall quality of all employees, and strengthen safety education and training; improving the safety awareness of all employees is an important means to promote the safety management of the project department. The project department conducted on-site education and "Level 3" safety education for all construction personnel entering the site, and conducted examinations. At the same time, make full use of various forms of safety education to improve operational levels and safety cultural qualities. Additional slogans and bulletin boards will be used to promote safe production and civilized construction. Improve the safety awareness of construction workers and improve their self-protection capabilities.

6. Actively carry out various safety production activities and safety production inspections.

Our project department has made in-depth arrangements and mobilization for the implementation of this activity, requiring the project department to use various forms of safety production publicity, safety education and training, safety meetings, safety inspections and other means to conduct extensive and in-depth Carry out various safety production activities and deepen the authenticity and effectiveness of the activities. During the event, our project department hung more than 4 promotional banners at the construction site, checked out 15 potential safety hazards, and implemented three determinations (namely: appoint people, determine time, and determine rectification measures) for rectification. The hidden dangers detected were reviewed by safety management personnel according to the division of responsibility areas, and all hidden dangers have been rectified. 7. Strengthen the management of large-scale machinery and equipment and strictly control the occurrence of major accidents.

In order to ensure the safety of mechanical equipment for production, in accordance with the management process of large mechanical equipment of Tongchuan City Safety Supervision Station, our project department strictly examines the rental and installation qualifications of large equipment, and will not install in accordance with the program requirements. The tower cranes are strictly controlled and required to make rectifications in place. In addition, the inspection and filing of large machinery will be strengthened. Control the integrity rate and installation quality of mechanical equipment from the source.

8. Strengthen the daily management, inspection and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

In order to give full play to the advantages and efficiency of mechanical equipment, reduce electromechanical accidents, and improve the management, maintenance and operation level of electromechanical personnel. Since the launch of the rectification campaign, the electromechanical captains of each unit have been required to conduct daily inspections of the equipment under their jurisdiction, record the inspections in a book, deal with problems found in a timely manner, improve the equipment integrity rate, and prevent equipment from operating with disease.
