(4) Bidding procedures

1. Online military service registration. Every year from March 1 day to August 5, eligible citizens in military service registration log on to the National Recruitment Network (HTTP//GFBZB. 2. Apply online. 3. Preliminary inspection. The county (district) conscription office logs on the network platform, downloads and prints the roster of military service registration and applicants, and sends it to the township (community) and the armed forces department of colleges and universities. Townships (communities) and colleges and universities will notify school-age citizens and college students to participate in the preliminary examination one by one.

4. Pre-tax management. Villages and towns (communities) and the armed forces departments of colleges and universities select pre-recruitment targets from the young people who have passed the preliminary examination and report them to the county (district) conscription office, which will input the pre-recruitment conclusions into the conscription network. At the same time, after being examined, signed and sealed by the Armed Forces Department of colleges and universities, the Registration Form for Pre-requisitioned Students and the Application Form for Tuition Compensation will be sent to the students themselves as priority vouchers.

5. Physical examination and political assessment. The county (district) conscription office confirms the object of investigation online, informs the information such as the time and place of physical examination, and enters the results online within 3 days after the physical examination, and indicates the reasons for those who fail. 6. Book new recruits. 8. Quarantine review. After the recruits arrive in the army, they should undergo quarantine re-inspection according to the regulations. During the isolation review, if it is found that recruits are not suitable for active service in the army due to physical and political conditions, they will be treated as retired.
