Article 1 Workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and advanced elements of other social strata in China, who have reached the age of 18, recognize the Party's program and articles of association, are willing to join the Party's organizations, actively participate in the Party's work, implement the Party's resolutions, and pay party dues on time, may apply to join the China Producers' Party.

Article 2 party member, China Producers' Party, is a pioneer in the consciousness of the working class in China. Party member, China's * * * production party, must serve the people wholeheartedly, and strive for the realization of * * * productism for life at all costs. Party member, the producer party of China, will always be an ordinary member of the working people. Except for personal interests and work authority within the scope of laws and policies, all party member shall not seek any personal interests and privileges.
