What's with the hanging basket going up and down?

There is no hanging basket phase sequence protection device in the industry.

Precautions for safe operation of hanging basket:

A. Before using the hanging basket every day, the top beam, counterweight, wire rope, safety rope and cable must be inspected in detail (this work is the responsibility of the on-site person in charge of the hanging basket manufacturer and the safety officer of the insulation construction team). Hanging basket users now check whether the safety lock, safety rope and safety rope on the hanging basket are normal, and start trial operation, and officially run after confirming that there is no problem.

If any abnormality is found, stop running immediately and find a maintenance worker from the hanging basket manufacturer for maintenance. All construction personnel must wear qualified safety helmets, and it is forbidden to overload the hanging basket (with a load limit of 300kg). All personnel on the hanging basket must be in good health, and it is forbidden to work after drinking.

Second, the hanging basket operator must fasten the qualified safety belt and hang it on the safety rope to ensure that the safety lock is in good condition. The safety belt should be connected with the safety rope above the railing of the hanging basket, and the safety lock should be synchronized with the lifting of the hanging basket at any time and used correctly.

Three, hanging basket in the process of use, the main bearing rope and safety rope must be straight, safety rope can't bend above the hanging basket safety lock, to ensure that the safety rope falls 20-50cm above the ground.

Four, hanging basket sundry or muck clean up in time, the tools and materials used in the pattern smoothly, to prevent falling, it is forbidden to throw any material down from a height.

5. Hanging basket: After each shift change, lower the hanging basket to the lowest point. It is forbidden to go in and out from high windows. When the hanging basket is in use, it should be temporarily reinforced, and the operation should be stopped in windy weather.

6. Power failure: In case of power failure or basket failure, operators should stay where they are and wait for rescue, and pay attention to cables when lifting the basket.

7. Failure: If the hanging basket fails, it must be repaired by professionals. Non-professionals are forbidden to disassemble and modify it without permission.
