How to make pearlescent light easier to separate when making samples?

The accuracy and stability of color light are the soul of dyeing in printing and dyeing plants. So there are several methods of precipitation.

1. Proofing and color imitation: First of all, we should carefully review the new color list issued by the business planning department, including: complete standard samples, clear light source, clear fabric organization specifications and accurate dyeing fastness requirements (soaping, rubbing, sun exposure, chlorine resistance, dry cleaning, etc.). ) and finishing requirements (soft, waterproof, antibacterial, flame retardant, UV protection, etc. ).

2. lofting and trial production: copy samples

Before lofting and trial production, the samples must be carefully re-sampled according to the approved sample prescription. The following points must be paid attention to when copying samples:

(1) For the copied samples, the semi-finished cloth prepared by the workshop for trial production must be used;

(2) Carefully check the copy of semi-finished fabric provided by the workshop. For example, whether there is the influence of fluorescent whitening agent; Whether the sanding effect and bleaching whiteness are normal, if problems are found, contact the workshop in time, and do not blindly repeat proofing to avoid trial production failure;

(3) Copy samples must use the dyeing materials used in the workshop. Although the dye in the proofing room is changed once a week, there will always be some differences in strength, color light and water content, which will directly affect the accuracy of lofting;

(4) A special person shall be responsible for the re-sampling work, and an experienced proofing expert with good sampling accuracy shall be arranged for re-sampling. It is not appropriate to arrange copying samples for the person who originally printed the approved samples. Practice shows that it is easy to find problems in repeated proofing, such as improper proofing methods, improper dye compatibility, improper use of additives and improper proofing operation. When problems are found, they should be corrected in time to prevent mistakes from being made or repeated.

(5) The copied sample should match the color and light of the original sample (or approved sample) approved by the customer as far as possible. If it is an interwoven or blended fabric, the colors of different fiber components must also have good uniformity, otherwise trial production may not be possible.

(6) Re-inspection system shall be implemented for duplicate samples, that is, duplicate prescriptions produced in pay-off trial production shall be reviewed and signed by others to eliminate errors and finally pass the customs.

(7) After duplicate sample, in addition to duplicate sample, a cloth sample of duplicate sample semi-finished products must be attached to the production prescription card, so that lofting personnel can check whether the quality of semi-finished products to be dyed is consistent with that of duplicate sample semi-finished products before dyeing, so as to ensure the stability of lofting color light.
