Units that produce industrial solid waste shall provide relevant information on the types, quantity, flow direction, storage, utilization and disposal of industrial solid waste, as well as specific measures to reduce the output of industrial solid waste and promote comprehensive utilization, and implement the relevant provisions of the pollution discharge permit management system.
