The youth legal education base and "one-stop" comprehensive protection center built by Harbin People's Procuratorate of Heilongjiang Province for the city's youth were officially opened in the hospital. Member of the Party Group and Deputy Procurator-General of Heilongjiang Provincial Procuratorate, member of the Standing Committee of Harbin Municipal Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Lin, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Harbin Municipal People's Congress and chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and secretary of the Party Group and Procurator-General of Harbin Procuratorate unveiled the education base.

The education base is located on the fourth floor of the Municipal Procuratorate, covering an area of about 600 square meters. Starting from the five chapters of "knowing the law, understanding the law, abiding by the law, judicature and protection", we should pay attention to improving the effectiveness of juvenile education under the rule of law. In the overall style and detail polishing, it has the local characteristics of the ice city, which embodies the concept of liveliness and relaxation, and the rule of law. It integrates science and technology, interest and practicality, making education entertaining, knowing the law and promoting the line.

Starting from grasping the overall requirements of theme education, implementing the "year of work implementation" of provincial and municipal committees and the construction of "Harbin ruled by law", and combining with the actual procuratorial work, Harbin Procuratorate has made great efforts to innovate the forms and methods of juvenile legal education. Taking this base as an effective way to promote the combination of rule of law education and practice is not only a demonstration "rule of law classroom" to meet the diverse needs of young people, but also an effective exploration to create a child-friendly environment, which is conducive to helping young people effectively improve their rule of law literacy and self-protection awareness. In the next step, the Harbin Procuratorate will also set up a lecturer group to guide the uninspected police officers in the city to be good interpreters and propagandists, implement the responsibility of popularizing law, and help children to take every step of their youth.
