When you need Quanyou to provide warranty services, please present a valid "warranty card", or you can effectively prove that the product you purchased is still within the warranty period, otherwise Quanyou will not be able to provide you with Warranty service provided.

If you cannot produce a valid warranty card, or the information recorded on the warranty card does not match the product, or is altered or unrecognizable, Quanyou reserves the right not to provide warranty services in accordance with the law.

The warranty start date of Quanyou products is based on the purchase date indicated on the warranty card.

4. Warranty exceptions

This commitment does not apply to the following situations:

1. The product has exceeded the free warranty period;

5. Priority application

If national laws and regulations provide otherwise for after-sales services, Quanyou will provide you with after-sales services in accordance with national laws and regulations.

For consumer users, if the service standards of Quanyou manufacturers are lower than the national legal "Three Guarantees" standard, the "Three Guarantees" shall be implemented; if the service standards of Quanyou manufacturers are higher than the "Three Guarantees" standard, the "Three Guarantees" standards shall be followed. If Quanyou or the seller of Quanyou products has any other agreement with you regarding the product, the corresponding agreement shall be implemented.
