How to manage the reform of new prisoners?

Article 12 A prison (prison area) shall understand and master the basic situation, confession attitude and ideological trends of newly admitted criminals, conduct individual analysis and psychological tests, evaluate their danger, malignancy and difficulty in reform, and put forward suggestions for reform after admission. Thirteenth after the prison education, the prison (prison area) shall examine and accept the newly admitted criminals. Those who pass the examination will be transferred to the corresponding prison (prison area) to serve their sentences; If the examination fails, the education in prison will be extended for one month. According to the law and judicial practice, criminals can meet their relatives while serving their sentences, but the state does not uniformly stipulate the time for meeting, and prisons follow the actual regulations. Relatives of new prisoners can know the specific date according to the family notice. Article 20 of the Prison Law: After a prisoner is put into prison, the prison shall notify the prisoner's family. The notice shall be issued within five days from the date of admission to prison. Article 48 While serving a sentence, a prisoner may meet with his relatives and guardians in accordance with regulations. In the first two months, new prisoners should actively accept education and reform, receive the education stipulated by the prison, and do not make mistakes in principle or violate the prison regulations during serving their sentences.
