During the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China, the three provinces belonged to the Yu family of the Yi nationality in northern Zhao Fajia, and later Miao and Han nationalities moved in. Over the years, people of all ethnic groups have lived in friendship and harmony. At present, there are six villagers' groups under the jurisdiction of three provinces and three villages in Ji Ming, with a population of 1200. Among them, Xiazhai villagers' group is located in the lowest position, on Guanyinyan head of Sancha River. The villagers are basically Miao people. It's a little Zhuangzi whose cock crows are heard in three provinces. Since ancient times, it has been called "three provinces of crowing" by villagers in three neighboring provinces. The couplet reads: "Zhong Ling, the three provinces of Shushui in the east, Dianshan Lake in the west and Ji Ming in the west; It used to be martial arts, but now it is Chongwen, and the tiger is full of glory. " Between the steep cliffs of Guanyinyan, there is a narrow and dangerous Chuanyan Road, which is the only way for the Central Red Army to hold a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau from Sichuan 1935 on February 5, passing through Sanchahe Ferry. Chen Yun and Wu Xiuquan once mentioned this road in relevant literature: "Our road into the three provinces of Ji Ming is very dangerous, so we can only walk alone. As long as there is a slight delay, the whole army will be wiped out. " It can be seen that the Central Red Army came to Little Zhuangzi in three provinces of Ji Ming along this ancient road at that time. The dangers of the ancient road are still daunting.

Zhuangzi, a small town in three provinces of Ji Ming, was already a famous little Zhuangzi during the Long March of the Central Red Army due to the passing of the Sichuan-Salt Ancient Road. There are Miao families such as Zhou, Hou, Zhang and Tao living in Zhuangzi. There is a three-in-one courtyard with wooden tile structure built by Zhou Tuan, the ancestor of the Qing Dynasty stockade, and there is the site of Sansheng Palace, which is located in front of Zhuangzi and stands on a flat hill. In the past, villagers in Sichuan Shuiliao, Chahe, Yunnan Delong and Baiche, which are adjacent to Linkou Ancient Town Market, all had to pass through the Little Zhuangzi Ancient Road in three provinces of Ji Ming. Villagers in the two provinces are used to saying that opening Linkou is called "three provinces in Ji Ming" and "three provinces in Ji Ming" has become synonymous with Linkou market.

As a village name, "Jiming Three Provinces" has been following the top level of cooperatives in the early days of liberation. In the early days of advanced society, in order to keep up with the political situation at that time, like other neighboring villages, it was renamed "Yingfeng Village" (hereinafter referred to as "Yingfeng Village") and was managed by Shengli and Haijia Commune at that time. In 2003, in order to commemorate the famous meeting of "Three Provinces of Ji Ming" and the great achievements of the Red Army and the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, the three provinces of Ji Ming once again attracted the great attention of party committees, governments and party history departments at all levels, restored the title of "Three Provinces and One Village in Ji Ming" and officially listed them as administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Linkou Town, including Zhuangzi (Xiazhai). 1On February 5th, 1996, the former Bijie Prefecture Committee, Bijie Prefecture Administrative Office, Bijie Municipal Committee and Bijie Municipal People's Government erected the monument of "Three Provinces of Ji Ming" inscribed by General Xiao Ke, and people in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces could see the grandeur of the monument from all directions. The meeting of the three provinces of Jiming was held after the Zunyi meeting ended and the Red Army crossed Chishui. On February 5th, 1935, the Central Red Army set out from Shixiangzi, Sichuan, and entered Little Zhuangzi, Ji Ming, Guizhou at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. In this Miaozhai Zhoutuantou Courtyard, where crows are heard in all three provinces, a famous division meeting of the Standing Committee of the three provinces in the history of the Communist Party of China was held in the Political Bureau of the Central Committee. The "Three Provinces of Ji Ming" meeting made the following decisions: First, it was decided that Zhang Wentian would take over the full power of the central government from Bo Gu Kailai; Second, it was decided that Mao Zedong would be Zhou Enlai's military commanding assistant and Bo Gu would be the acting director of the General Political Department.
