In the whole classroom teaching process, Mr. Liu Jian adheres to the teaching principle of taking students as the main body, teaches students learning methods, enables students to learn independently, enables students to improve their cognitive ability in a positive and pleasant classroom atmosphere, effectively realizes classroom teaching objectives, and thus achieves the expected teaching effect. Later, Mr. Zhang Xuewen from Lingquan Primary School and Mr. Fan Ruhong from Chongwen Primary School gave us special lectures on "Enriching the course content to improve classroom efficiency" and "Basic ways to improve the effectiveness of moral and social classroom teaching" respectively. Finally, Mr. Wang from Kaiyuan Institute of Education made an accurate comment and summary on this activity.

Through this activity, the teachers in Dongshan District further learned how to grasp the teaching materials, how to make the teaching of morality and life (society) close to the reality of students' lives, and how to improve the effectiveness of moral classroom teaching, so as to truly implement the teaching effect of morality.

Third, the lack of teaching and research activities and future prospects

First of all, because I just took over this job, and I am still a recruit, there are many unknown and unfamiliar places in my work, which leads to the failure of teaching and research activities to be carried out smoothly on time. Here, I would like to thank Mr. Wang for his guidance and all the team members for their help.

Secondly, due to the scattered schools in Dongshan District and inconvenient transportation, it is a bit difficult to carry out activities.

Finally, due to my low level, teaching and research activities are not effective enough.

Gold is not enough, and no one is perfect. In my future work, I will be pragmatic and innovative, humbly ask for advice and work hard. I believe that with your help, the teaching and research activities in our district will become more and more outstanding.
