What does peer-to-peer traffic mean?

Point-to-point transportation refers to the chartered mode of "sending workers home" at the labor exporting place and "returning to the factory" at the labor importing place, that is, the labor importing provinces and labor exporting provinces are accurately docked, and special cars and trains are arranged for large-scale and relatively concentrated laborers, and a "point-to-point" one-stop direct transportation mode is adopted to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the journey, reduce cross-infection and complete the transportation task on time with good quality and quantity.

Peer-to-peer traffic can be roughly divided into three parts. First, the labor export place should know the travel needs of returning migrant workers in detail, master the information and transportation service needs of returning migrant workers, such as their identity, health status and stopping places, and then accurately connect with the receiving provinces; Second, according to the principle of "one car, one policy", the Ministry of Transport has formulated a reasonable transportation organization plan, selected vehicles, drivers and enterprises, arranged special cars and trains, and at the same time supplied epidemic prevention materials to receive returning migrant workers; Third, after the personnel arrive at the labor input place, the human resources and social security department will instruct the relevant enterprises to pick up the car at the station, do a good job in body temperature detection and personnel audit, and isolate them in the construction area or living area for 14 days as required, and then they can return to work after medical observation.
