The phosphogypsum standard bricks produced by Kailin have become a new building material product promoted by the Guizhou Provincial People's Government as an alternative to clay bricks. Another 469 million yuan was invested to start the construction of a technical transformation project for yellow phosphorus production equipment supporting new phosphogypsum bricks. After completion, it will form a production capacity of 1 billion new phosphogypsum bricks and 50,000 tons of yellow phosphorus.

The third is to build a 60 million piece/year slag brick production line. 150,000 tons of waste residue can be comprehensively utilized every year, occupying less than 0.1 square kilometers of land, saving 1.5 million yuan in land acquisition costs, and reducing the cost of building slag retaining dams. At the same time, it also solved the problems of personnel diversion and land acquisition. The next step will be to build two more slag brick production lines, reaching a production scale of 180 million pieces/year, which can consume 450,000 tons of waste slag, and create new economic benefits. While focusing on the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste, we will also strengthen the comprehensive utilization of industrial wastewater and gas resources and the cascade development and utilization of residual pressure and waste heat energy.

Fourth is the centralized treatment of industrial wastewater. The Xifeng Phosphorus Chemical Base invested in the construction and renovation of an industrial wastewater treatment system. Part of the treated industrial wastewater is returned to the production system for recycling, and part of it is used as water for landscape fountains in factories and living areas and for flower cultivation and planting. In terms of utilization of residual pressure and heat in chemical production, a waste heat recovery system and a 2×12MW generator set have been built, which can generate 170 million kWh of electricity every year, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

Through the construction of circular economy, Kailin has changed the traditional linear model of one-way flow of "resources-products-waste" and established a "resources-products-waste-renewable resources" model. The circular material flow model and the internal circular economic system operation model achieve the goal of obtaining as much economic and social benefits as possible with the least possible resource consumption and environmental costs, and explore a new industrialization path with Kaiphosphorus characteristics.
