Brief introduction of scenic spots in Shuijingzhuang

Shuijingzhuang, a scenic spot in the Three Kingdoms, is one of the core scenic spots in Longzhong Scenic Area, a national AAA scenic spot and a national AAAA scenic spot. Located in the south of Nanzhang County, Hubei Province, 35 provincial highway passes through it, 37 kilometers away from Xiangyang City. It was the secluded residence of Si Mahui, a famous man in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, and was named Shuijingzhuang because of Si Mahui's nickname "Mr. Shuijing". In 26 AD, when Liu Bei was killed in Xiangyang, Ma Yue Tanxi came to Shuijingzhuang, and Si Mahui recommended to him that "Fu Long and Feng Xiao, two people get one, can secure the world", which led to stories such as "Three Visits to the Cottage" and "Long Zhong Dui", which was praised as the source of the cultural tourism hotline of the Three Kingdoms.

Shuijingzhuang is also called Baimadong. It is 1 km outside the south gate of Nanzhang County. Backed by Yuxi Mountain, it is covered with green mountains, facing Yi water and flowing springs. There is a natural stone chamber at the cliff on the mountainside, named Baimadong, with the words "Cave in Heaven and Blessed Land" engraved on it. The cave is about 2 meters deep, 1 meters wide and 4 meters high. Shuijingzhuang covers an area of 6 hectares, with animal landscapes such as gray storks and squirrels in the forest. Historical culture and natural landscapes complement each other, making it an ideal place for leisure and tourism. There are more than 1 precious cultural relics in the Han Dynasty, nearly 1 poems, 5 inscriptions, 1 paintings by celebrities and 5 couplets. The earliest poems date back nearly 1 years. The scenic spot has developed the largest outdoor rock climbing tourism project in the province by using natural stone walls. Shuijingzhuang is located in the south of the county seat, surrounded by mountains and waters, with charming scenic spots.
