At the same time, the purification and beautification of the job site have been strengthened. Pre-shift meeting rooms and other projects are under construction.

② Standardization of mechanical and electrical quality

First, strengthen electromechanical management to ensure safe operation. Pay close attention to the "three determinations" of equipment, strictly implement the responsibility of charter flights, analyze and investigate accidents, and eliminate the impact of sporadic accidents. The key point is to strengthen the maintenance and comprehensive management of screens and various motors. The electromechanical accident rate shall be controlled below 1%. First, strictly control the appearance inspection of acceptance. Before coal unloading, visually inspect the raw coal in the workshop for signs of coal unloading, and observe whether the coal quality is normal after coal unloading. All kinds of coal are strictly stored and transported separately. According to the properties of the selected raw coal, strict production process management rules are formulated. The second is to strictly control sampling and detection. Sampling the transported raw coal, and sampling and testing the suspicious vehicles by single vehicle. Third, the loading team has done a good job of clearing cars and plugging, and implemented the responsibility system of special personnel and special vehicles. Only after the personnel on duty have passed the acceptance test can they be loaded to prevent foreign bodies from polluting clean coal. The fourth is to check the main selection equipment by single machine to ensure the reliable operation of the main selection equipment. The maintenance of mining and chemical equipment and the calibration of balances and other equipment can be completed before the end of the year.
