Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1: The Table Tennis Association of Chongqing College of Chemical Medical Technicians was established spontaneously by the vast number of table tennis enthusiasts. The Association takes "Let sports be everywhere" as the slogan, "Promote table tennis, have friendly exchanges, improve the competitive level and enhance physical fitness" as the purpose, and "build a healthy campus" as the goal.

Article 2: The activities carried out by the Table Tennis Association of Logistics College shall abide by the national laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the College, and complete various tasks under the guidance of the Youth League Committee of the College.

Chapter II Membership System

Article 1 A member applying to join the Association must meet the following conditions:

Article 3: Members must observe the following obligations:

If you are absent from the meeting for three times without reason within one semester, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the meeting automatically, and the membership fee will not be refunded.

Actively participate in the propaganda of the association and do not distort the facts.

Volunteer service activities to maintain the image.

Don't leave the meeting at will, you need to go through the withdrawal procedure.

If you don't accept the withdrawal, you will lose all your rights and obligations in this association.

Pay membership dues on time, report to the association, provide information and supervise the work of various departments.

Article 4: Entry and Exit Procedures

1 club procedure: during the annual recruitment period, fill in the recruitment registration form, pay a certain membership fee, which will take effect after being examined and sealed by the club department and directors, receive the membership card, and formally become a member of the association.

Article 5: Member Management

The director updates the member files at any time according to the changes of the student information.

Article 6: If a member of the Table Tennis Association has any of the following circumstances, his membership of the Table Tennis Association shall be revoked with the approval of the Association:

(a) a serious violation of the articles of association and the relevant provisions of the table tennis association.

(2) Causing great reputation or economic losses to the Table Tennis Association.
