1. Advocate celebrating the festival on the spot. Strictly abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, advocate celebrating the festival in situ, greetings online, not returning to your hometown unless necessary, and not leaving the city unless necessary, so as to reduce the risks caused by large-scale movement of people.

2. Do a good job in travel management. Avoid unnecessary travel to medium- and high-risk areas or cities with local epidemics, and reduce inter-provincial and inter-regional travel. If you really need to travel, pay close attention to the local epidemic situation, understand the destination’s epidemic risk level and prevention and control requirements in advance, and take the initiative to take personal protection.

3. Strengthen proactive reporting. Irrigation workers who intersect with the movement trajectory of positive infected persons, who have traveled to medium or high-risk areas or counties where the local epidemic is located within 7 days, and all workers from outside the province should report to the destination unit, community or hotel 2 days in advance. We must be prepared to carry out nucleic acid testing, isolation medical observation, home health monitoring and other health management measures in accordance with local requirements.

4. Implement personal prevention and control responsibilities. Be sure to take personal protection during the trip, wear a mask throughout the journey, maintain social distance, and do not get together or gather. After entering, take the initiative to scan the location code, itinerary code, measure body temperature, and provide a nucleic acid test report within 48 hours. The city’s migrant workers are encouraged to proactively carry out 7-day self-health monitoring. If symptoms such as fever or dry cough occur, they should go to the nearest fever clinic for standardized treatment in a timely manner while taking good personal protection. 5. Strengthen site management. The general public is requested to actively cooperate with free vaccination to build a universal immunity barrier and block the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

8. Take the initiative to report when returning to work after the holidays. Before returning to work, pay close attention to the official epidemic information, proactively check whether you have been to epidemic risk areas within 7 days, whether there is any intersection with the activity trajectory of cases, whether you have received a health code "pop-up reminder", or a "red" or "yellow" health code. code".
