Slogans are posted in teachers’ offices, classrooms, corridors, stairs, etc. From these slogans, we can feel the principal’s good intentions, high demands on teachers, and hope for students.

On the first day of work, the first thing was the meeting. I was really happy to meet the principal. She was young and beautiful, and she spoke sonorously and forcefully. It was an honor for me to meet all the teachers. They were very kind to me and I was very moved. The principal has repeatedly emphasized the importance of children's safety and should not take it lightly and put children's safety first.

I learned a lot from studying with the class for a few days.

As the final exam approaches, students are reviewing seriously. Writing test papers is their most important required course. The teacher takes the test first and then carefully judges the test papers to discover the deficiencies in the students' knowledge. The teacher then explains each question one by one, focusing on difficult problems, key points, and areas where mistakes are easy to make. He is afraid that students will make similar exercises and make mistakes again. Teachers race against time to solve all problems for students, and they talk so earnestly that some teachers become hoarse.

The teaching team has established a group to supervise the work of teachers. Every day, I can see the class teacher reporting on students’ arrival at school, requests for leave, classroom teachers’ work summary, class teacher’s work summary, and the principal’s arrangements for teachers’ work. Although the principal is busy with her work, she supervises the work of teachers all the time, and strives for students to learn more knowledge, students' safety, and students' healthy growth.

Whenever there is lunch, the class lines up and prepares meals according to the process, which eliminates the chaotic situation. For students in the lower grades, the class teacher washes the dishes, turns on the water, and takes care of the students' daily lives.

School buses also follow procedures for picking up and dropping off students. Teachers will supervise at all times and students will wait in line in order. There are teachers on the school bus to monitor the students, and the safety of students getting on and off the bus is guaranteed.
