How to solve the battery prompt fault of DJI UAV?

When the App prompts "abnormal battery communication", it may be because the communication between the battery and the flight control is abnormal, which leads to the failure of identification. You can first check according to the following steps:

1. If there are any extra batteries, please replace them for troubleshooting;

2. If this problem does not appear after battery replacement, it is battery abnormality;

3. It is suggested to wipe the abnormal parts with alcohol with a concentration above 75% and try again.

4. If replacing multiple batteries does not improve, please send the batteries and the fuselage back for testing. Then it may be that the fuselage or battery is abnormal;

If it still doesn't work, the battery should be sent back for testing within the warranty period, and it is recommended to replace it with a new battery outside the warranty period. The fuselage can be sent back for testing.
