1. Jiaozuo Normal College. Jiaozuo Normal College, formerly the Huaiqing Prefecture Normal School founded in 1907, is a full-time general college approved by the Ministry of Education, focusing on teacher education. In 1980, it was renamed Henan Qinyang Normal School. In 2002, Henan Qinyang Normal School, Jiaozuo Education College, and Jiaozuo Normal School merged to form Jiaozuo Normal College.

2. Jinhua Vocational and Technical College. Jinhua Vocational and Technical College was formerly the Jinhua Branch of Zhejiang University of Technology established in 1994 and the Jinhua Institute of Technology approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. 5. Yancheng Preschool Teachers College.
