"Packages" shall not set consumption thresholds such as "minimum delivery amount", and shall not be forced to be sold in the name of "package".

6. It is strictly prohibited to drive up prices, pass off goods as good, pass off goods as good, or pass off fake goods as genuine. As long as there is no major change in the purchase price, each distribution company must ensure that the price of distributed goods is stable and prohibit illegal activities such as price gouging.

7. During the epidemic prevention and control period, anyone who violates the above requirements and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers will be dealt with promptly and severely in accordance with the law once verified.

8. This notice shall be implemented from the date of issuance. From the date of the end of the epidemic, this notice will automatically cease to be implemented.
