“Times are speechless, but stones can speak.” In order to further improve the construction of cultural infrastructure within Shilian Village and better promote the progress of cultural revitalization, the higher-level government has made the decision to build a cultural wall for Shilian Primary School. It was decided to use the cultural wall to better promote new social trends to the villagers and grasp the basic connotation of the core socialist values. In the morning of that day, team members came to Shilianwan Primary School to inspect the actual condition of the cultural wall, measure the wall data, and understand the overall situation. This provides relevant detailed data for subsequent cultural wall design work. During the measurement of the cultural wall, team members also conducted questionnaire surveys among surrounding villagers to further investigate the villagers' understanding and opinions on changing customs and building spiritual civilization. Many interviewees said that with the vigorous promotion of the government, some feudal superstitious activities that existed in Shilian Village in the past have been basically eliminated and transformed, and the new era of advocating science and civilization has penetrated into the hearts of every villager.

"The four people have their usual business, and the six rites and rituals have their usual rituals." Rural areas are places with strong customs and traditional cultural atmosphere, especially weddings and funerals, which have always been the top priority in people's lives. In order to further understand the cultural life of the villagers in Shilian Village, team members conducted exclusive interviews with four members of the village’s Red and White Council. The chairman of the council first introduced the main responsibilities and work content of the red and white council to the team members, "to assist the elderly association to manage the lives of the elderly while educating young people and controlling the villagers' expenditure on red and white events". Through the council's decision The work is carried out not only to retain a certain degree of cultural significance, but also to reduce extravagance and waste, giving weddings and funerals new significance of the times. During the interviews, our team members learned that due to the different living habits in the courtyards, some people in the village have a comparison mentality. At the beginning of the establishment of the Red and White Council, the work encountered many obstacles and difficulties, but the managers took the lead in setting an example by encouraging party members , a series of positive measures such as the health contract system, rely on the masses, take the peasant masses as the main body of the construction of civilized rural style, enhance the peasant masses' sense of ownership, effectively play the important role of villagers' self-governance, and allow the masses to truly become the makers and implementers of this new style. reviewers and beneficiaries, achieve self-management, self-discipline, and self-improvement, and ultimately make the overall work development gradually get on the right track. Nowadays, the Shilian Village Red and White Council, the Elderly Association and the Village Committee have formed a synergy to successfully respond to the national rural revitalization strategy, manage weddings and funerals in the village, and govern while retaining traditional meanings. Subsequently, team members also played the patriotic movie "My Motherland and Me" to cultivate patriotic feelings, strengthen cultural guidance, strengthen the villagers' value recognition, and enrich the villagers' spiritual and cultural life. The open-air movie event received a positive response from the villagers, with many villagers arriving at the venue to wait for the screening before the movie even started. The team members watched the movie with the villagers. While chatting with the villagers, they also actively explained in detail the common tricks and various scams of telecommunications network fraud. While shortening the distance with the villagers, it also correctly guided the villagers on how to carry out appropriate anti-fraud and prevention measures to protect their own lives and property.

"Rural areas are the root of China and the foundation of the national edifice."
