The establishment of the Confucius Institute

Any school, community, enterprise, or social institution that has a need for traditional culture and meets the conditions can apply to establish a "Confucius School." The applicant organization should meet the following basic conditions:

1. Voluntarily fulfill the obligations of the "Confucius Academy". Authorize the use of the "Confucius Academy" brand and intangible assets free of charge;

2. Have independent legal personality or the ability to establish a management school;

3. Have certain economic strength and management capabilities, be able to provide the necessary personnel and space (at least 40 square meters) for the establishment of a "Confucius School", and be equipped with basic hardware;

4. The sponsoring unit shall be responsible for the organization and implementation of project construction according to project planning and design requirements;

5. As an independent place of the "Confucius School", each applicant institution shall not engage in education, publicity and other activities unrelated to the "Confucius School";

6. Each applying institution should keep the furniture, utensils, books, etc. of the "Confucius School" clean and tidy, and assign fixed personnel to regularly perform daily maintenance of the venue;

7. Each applicant unit shall accept regular inspection and supervision by the management team designated by the Confucius Foundation of China.

1. The applicant institution shall submit a written application and feasibility study plan for the "Confucius School" to the Confucius Foundation of China;

2. The Confucius Foundation of China will review the feasibility demonstration plans proposed by various institutions, communities, and enterprises, and accept and adopt the feasibility plans of each institution, community, and enterprise;

3. The Confucius Foundation of China arranges space for each "Confucius School", unifies the brand image, trains volunteers free of charge, and holds a licensing ceremony;

4. After the establishment of the "Confucius School", the management personnel designated by the Confucius Foundation of China and each sponsoring unit will participate in the management of the school;

5. Each sponsoring unit shall organize and carry out activities based on the feasibility plan submitted to the Confucius Foundation of China;

6. The Confucius Foundation of China organizes the year-end results report display of each "Confucius School" and commends outstanding groups.

5． Confucius cultural activity center, tea art, incense club, Confucian business club, Confucius health club, Confucius study room, traditional home furnishing exhibition hall and other institutions will be established according to the needs of the venue crowd. 1. 4. Creative activities in each district. (8) Invite well-known calligraphers and painters to carry out teaching activities on Chinese calligraphy and painting.

(9) Organize activities such as a joint exhibition of hometown memories of young calligraphers and painters.

(10) Lecture on "Traditional Customs of the Chinese Nation" by folklore experts.

(11) Lecture on the theme of "Health Culture".
