Shenzhen implements the policy of restricting some roads for electric vehicles.

In order to strengthen the road traffic management in our city, maintain traffic order, and ensure the safety, order and smoothness of road traffic, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 36 of the Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Road Traffic Safety Management, our bureau decided to take restrictive measures for electric bicycles driving on some roads in our city. Hereby notify as follows:

First, limit the driving time and road range.

From August, 2065438 to July, 3, 2020, from 0: 00 to 24: 00 every day, electric bicycles are prohibited from running on the following roads:

(1) Urban Expressway.

Yanlong Avenue, Baohe Avenue, Danping Expressway, Yanhe Road (including Yanhe North Road and Yanhe South Road), Buxin Road, Nigang East Road, Nigang West Road, Beihuan Avenue, Feng Chun Road Viaduct, Binhe Avenue, Binhai Avenue, Moon Bay Avenue and Longgang Avenue.

(2) Urban main roads.

Shenshan Road, Liu Xian Avenue, Bulong Road, Sungang Road (including Sungang East Road and Sungang West Road) and Shennan Road (including Shennan East Road, Shennan Middle Road and Shennan Avenue).

Penalty standard for registered electric vehicles in Shenzhen
