Although some engineering quality problems do not meet the specified requirements and standards, which constitute quality accidents, depending on their severity, if they are determined by relevant units such as analysis, demonstration, legal testing unit appraisal and design, they have little impact on the use and safety of the project or structure, they may not be treated specially.
