A medical experience

The most enjoyable thing in life is that it has many corners, some thrilling and some full of surprises. Are they surprises? Still thrilling? If you don't walk there, you certainly don't know what you will meet at the next intersection. This is the answer I got about life in a TV series.

Looking back on our youth and innocence when we first entered the university, we were full of enthusiasm and a little freshness. Facing the future, we painted the brightest colors. I still remember the trembling when I introduced myself for the first time, and the firmness and persistence when I recited the oath of medical students. I remember the first time I hosted in the auditorium, and I also remember the excitement and joy when my article was published. University is such a stage to maximize our potential. We are not satisfied with learning professional knowledge well, constantly expanding our abilities in a limited space and showing the elegance of our contemporary medical students. Time is a magical thing, changing the static development of things. It's 1 1 month's internship life, and it's the first time that everyone has officially contacted the clinic. We never adapt to the gradual integration until we cooperate with the teaching teacher to complete the diagnosis and treatment process. Every department has our figure running around, and there are also "two helpers" on the operating table to cooperate with the operation. Our interns have been affirmed by teachers and hospital leaders, which gives us more confidence and courage to face our future career. Want to look back, once the forest, sweet laughter, and faint green flavor; In retrospect, I was just immersed in the memories of the past and could not extricate myself. When the ear of the bachelor's hat turned from right to left, I made a final farewell to youth and shut it out this summer.

We miss the university because we have good memories there; We came to XX Hospital because there is a platform for us to grow up and achieve higher ideals and pursuits. When I first came to XX Hospital, I was deeply attracted by the outdoor slogan "Hand in hand, let's be healthy friends". This usually warm, intimate and unobtrusive word shows the overall appearance of the hospital. Now I am fortunate to be one of them, and I am deeply proud.

Three weeks of short and busy pre-job training also gave us a deeper overall understanding of the hospital. Director XX gave us a comprehensive understanding of the culture of XX Hospital, and let us remember the cross spirit of "innovation, care, service, responsibility and integrity" of hospital culture and the concept that "patient demand is our pursuit and patient satisfaction is the service standard" that everyone has been adhering to. These cultures are the best interpretation of the concept of "our people's own hospital". Dean XX introduced the sacred duty of our doctors and how to plan our medical career, and showed us the charm of Hippocratic oath. Section chief XX introduced the personnel system of the hospital, and believed that we would always move forward in the direction of "competition for posts, contract management and contribution distribution".

The goal of progress. Director XX introduced the construction of medical ethics, and let us know how to establish a good and healthy doctor image. Director XX introduced the core system of nursing, which gave us a new understanding of nursing work and deeply understood the necessity and importance of nursing work such as "three checks and seven pairs". Teacher XX's etiquette instruction made us understand that in the future work, we should strengthen our quality, shape our image, enhance communication, and often use these basic civilized terms "Hello, please, thank you, I'm sorry, please take care, goodbye" in our work.

The introduction of each department director to his own department gives us a more comprehensive understanding of the hospital medical system. Knowing the current situation, personnel ratio, software and hardware equipment configuration and future development direction of the department makes us more confident and points out the direction for the upcoming clinical work.

Soon! Soon! We are about to start a new life and enter the legendary clinical work. The first thing we should do is not to complain. As the "working emperor" Tang Jun said: I think there is a kind of person who should not compete with others for benefits and value returns. That kind of person is someone who has just entered the enterprise. Never say whether you can give me a little more salary in the first five years. The most important thing is what you can learn in the enterprise and whether it is conducive to development. What a profound truth! Pay more attention to the clinic and lay a solid foundation, because there will always be gains from paying.

Second, we should establish self-confidence. I can imagine that when I entered the clinical work, I was wearing a clean white coat, a white hat and a mask, and my pride and confidence were still there! Whenever we relieve the patient's pain, our sense of accomplishment will be beyond words.

Finally, we are ready to meet the difficulties. We know that life is to be constantly honed, and the closer we get to success. As Milan Kunkla, a famous Czech writer, said in The Unbearable Lightness of Life, "The heaviest burden oppresses us, and at the same time it has become the image with the strongest vitality. The greater the burden, the closer our life is to the earth. " In other words, under the pressure of our load, we can exert our potential to the extreme and try our best to perfect our goals.

Pre-job training is coming to a successful conclusion. In three weeks' time, our new employees will get to know each other and become familiar with each other, and form a profound friendship. Our actively prepared report performance is the best embodiment of the strong cohesion of our new employee team. Thank you for your concern and support, so that the training can be carried out smoothly; Thanks to the hard work and efforts of Director Wang XX, Teacher Song XX and Teacher Chen XX, the classroom is full of relaxed and happy atmosphere. I am also grateful for my daily efforts and gains, making pre-job training an important spiritual wealth in life.

Every wonderful thing in life is accumulated by countless persistence, and every drop of sweat in life will shine.
