What is baking soda process?

Also known as the combined soda process, it is a technology that Mr. Hou uses the ion reaction principle to manufacture soda ash on the basis of the ammonia-alkali process. Because it was first discovered by Mr. Hou, it was named after Hou Shi caustic soda method.

Hou Debang soda process is a method that combines ammonia-alkali process and synthetic ammonia process to produce soda ash and ammonium chloride.

1. Raw materials are brine, ammonia and carbon dioxide, as well as waste gas from hydrogen production by water gas in synthetic ammonia plant. Precipitation indicates that a new condensed phase is formed, or some ions are deposited as insoluble compounds due to the addition of precipitants.

3.NH4Cl can be used as nitrogen fertilizer. Urea is directly synthesized from liquid ammonia and carbon dioxide at high temperature and high pressure. The chemical reaction is as follows: 2nh3+CO2 → NH2coonh4 → Co (NH2) 2+H2O urea is easily soluble in water, and 105g can be dissolved in 100ml water at 20℃, and the aqueous solution is neutral.
