There are 3 compulsory education schools with 1,574 students, accounting for 2.3% of the whole region, and 82 faculty members. There are 2 vocational education schools with 669 students, accounting for 67.44% of the secondary vocational students in the region and 75 faculty members. There are 1 non-academic training institutions with an annual training attendance of 14,2.

At present, there are 11 unlicensed kindergartens in the whole region, with 74 children, 62 teaching staff and 2 school buses for children.
