Registration targets

Male citizens whose permanent residence is in Henan Province and who will be 18 years old before December 31, 2022. Male citizens who have graduated from junior high school within the age of 20, graduated from high school within the age of 22, and graduated from college within the age of 24. Those who have not passed the initial military service registration will be re-registered, and those who have already registered will be verified. Young women and retired soldiers will not be registered. Registration Procedure

1. Fill in the information. There are three ways: the first is to follow and enter the WeChat public account "Henan Recruitment" and click "I want to sign up" below to enter "Military Service Registration"; the second is to log in to the "National Recruitment Network" and click "Military Service Registration" on the right. Fill in the basic information truthfully and completely as required; the third option is to register on-site at fixed military service registration stations set up by the Armed Forces Department in towns, streets, and schools. After registering for military service for the first time, those who intend to join the military can directly apply online for registration.

2. Print the form. After filling in the information completely, print or download the "Male Citizen Military Service Registration Form".

3. On-site confirmation. The young man himself takes the "Male Citizen Military Service Registration Form" and goes to the Armed Forces Department of the township, street, or school for on-site confirmation. If you are unable to go in person due to special reasons, you may entrust your relative or employer in writing to submit the confirmation on your behalf.

4. Preliminary visual inspection. The Armed Forces Department of townships, subdistricts and schools conducts a visual preliminary review of male young people of appropriate age who participate in military service registration, and determines whether they should perform military service, are exempt from military service, or are not allowed to perform military service in accordance with the law. They fill out the "Military Service Registration Certificate" and submit it to the county-level military service authority for review.

5. Receive the "Military Service Registration Certificate". The Armed Forces Department of the township, sub-district and school will issue the "Military Service Registration Certificate" approved and stamped by the county-level military service agency to the registered youth. The "Military Service Registration Certificate" serves as the basis for relevant departments to check the performance of military service obligations by male youths of appropriate age. If you change your place of household registration, residence or unit, you must go to the issuing unit to go through the military service registration change procedures in a timely manner; if it is lost, you must apply for a replacement in time.
