Qingyuan Mountain National Scenic Area is located in the southeast of Fujian Province and the northeast of the lower reaches of Jinjiang River, between118 30 ′ ~18 37 ′, between 24 54 ′ ~ 25 0 ′ north latitude, and at the junction with Quanzhou. It is 0/06km away from Xiamen and 0/96km away from Fuzhou. Because of the mountain spring, it is called "turning Qiyun Mountain into clouds" because of many nicknames of "Spring Mountain". Located in the northern suburb of the city, it is also called "Mountain", also known as "Santai Mountain three san".

Qingyuan Mountain National Scenic Area is one of the 18 scenic spots in Quanzhou and a national key scenic spot. It consists of Qingyuan Mountain, Jiutian Mountain and Lingshan Mountain, with a total area of 62 square kilometers. Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area is 40 Li in Fiona Fang, with its main peak at an altitude of 498 meters, facing Quanzhou, a mountain city, and attracting many overseas tourists.

Since ancient times, Qingyuan Mountain National Scenic Area has been famous for its 36 caves and 18 scenic spots, especially Laojunyan, Mituo Rock, Senju, Cliff, Xiangyan, Hurui Ruquan, Nanyan, Qingyuan Cave and Cien Rock.
