Article 3 Intra-party regulations are the central organization of the Party. Special rules and regulations formulated by the Commission for Discipline Inspection, working organs of the Party Central Committee and party committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to embody the Party's unified will, standardize the Party's leadership and Party-building activities, and ensure implementation by relying on the Party's discipline.
