Process flow of sand and gravel production line equipment

Generally speaking, a complete machine-made sand production line will include sand making equipment with sand making machine as the core and other auxiliary sand making equipment, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor and so on. Taking river pebbles as an example, this paper introduces the technological process of sand and gravel production line equipment:

1, coarse crushing: the vibrating feeder sends river pebbles and other materials to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing;

2. Secondary crushing and screening: the coarse crushed river pebble particles are sent to a cone crusher or an impact crusher by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and then sent to a circular vibrating screen for screening. If the particle size meets the requirements, it will be sent to the next link, and if it does not meet the requirements, it will be returned to the cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing;

3, sand screening:

Sending the river pebble particles that meet the requirements into a river pebble sand mill for fine grinding and shaping, sieving with a circular vibrating screen after fine grinding, sending the particles with appropriate particle size to the next step, and returning the particles that do not meet the requirements to the river pebble sand mill for further crushing until the particle size is appropriate;

4. Cleaning and impurity removal: the crushed river pebble sand is sent to a sand washer for cleaning and impurity removal, and the washed river pebble sand is dehydrated and dried to obtain the required finished product.

The above is a complete production process of machine-made sand, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation of sand production in the actual production process. For example, if the particle size of river pebbles is small enough to meet the feeding requirements of river pebble sand maker, the crushing link can be omitted.
