Composition on an environmental protection proposal for citizens to save water resources

Everyone knows that the earth is our home and is closely related to our lives. Human beings have massively destroyed the environment and have destroyed our beautiful earth into a disgraceful state. Available water resources are slowly dwindling, animals and plants are on the verge of extinction...garbage is the root cause of these pollution incidents.

It has become our habit to throw away people's garbage. Living in Leshan, looking at the world-famous Leshan Giant Buddha, Mount Emei with beautiful mountains and clear waters, the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers, is naturally my pride. But looking at the white garbage floating on the smelly Qingyi River; plastic bags hanging on the dirty branches of the New Square, and fruit peels and paper scraps piled on the dark grass... will you feel happy in your heart? ? Thinking of the splotches of phlegm I saw in Tiananmen Square, I often see people trampling lawns and trampling trees in the park... Can we remain indifferent when we see our beautiful earth being so ruined?

I remember one time, when I was waiting at the bus station, I found that there was garbage scattered around, including discarded tickets, cigarette butts, and even leftover fruit peels. Stumped that the trash can is full? Upon closer inspection, it was empty. When I was wondering, an aunt passed by and threw a paper ball into the trash can. The paper ball fell to the ground. The aunt just looked back and walked away. It turns out that this is how the garbage next to the trash can was formed. There may be many people who have the awareness to protect the environment and put garbage in the trash can, but what they lack are practical actions, even though sometimes it is just a little effort.

The polluted and turbid nature seems to suppress too much sorrow and resentment in the silence. Whether it is an ancient city with bells ringing and horses hoofing, or a dazzling city with bright lights, the most common thing on the streets and alleys is garbage, which is disgusting.

For this reason, I propose to start from small things and protect the earth we live on. 1. Save every drop of water, use phosphorus-free washing powder, and use less disposable tableware and plastic bags. 2. Separate and place domestic waste. 3. Actively participate in tree planting activities. 4. Remind people around you not to throw away garbage. 5. Interested students can also put up some slogans on the street.

If this continues, clear rivers, green forests, and blue skies will eventually return to the embrace of mankind.

I hope that in a world full of creative work, the earth will be green, the fields will be green, the green mountains will last, and the green water will flow!
