1. Equipment fire prevention measures

4. All fire-fighting equipment must not be modified or used for other purposes. 5. 2. Equipment Flood Prevention Measures

Comprehensive inspections and tests must be carried out to ensure that they are in good condition; flood control materials must be kept specially and have special accounts.
2. Before the rainy season, conduct a comprehensive inspection and dredging of basements, cable trenches, cable tunnels and site drainage facilities that may accumulate water, and take measures to prevent water intrusion and drainage.
3. Regularly check that the rainproof covers of switches, gas relays and other equipment should be fastened.
4. Check the house for leaks and sewer pipe drainage when it rains.
5. After rain, check the water accumulation in basements, cable trenches, cable tunnels, etc., and drain the water in time. If the moisture in the equipment room is too high, ventilate it well.
6. The doors of outdoor equipment boxes such as terminal boxes and mechanism boxes should be closed and well sealed.
3. Equipment wind protection measures
1. According to the regional climate characteristics, the substation only has winds in spring and winter every year. In other seasons, the wind is stronger, but it will not exceed level 6 or above. , so outdoor equipment will not be damaged by too much wind.
2. From the equipment voltage level of the substation, the outdoor equipment is 110kV equipment, the main transformer and a small number of 35kV equipment are soft connections. The main transformer incoming line of the 10kV equipment outdoor equipment is hard busbar connection, and the capacitor, All transformers used are connected by cables, and most of the 35kV and 10kV equipment are indoors, so they will not be greatly affected by strong winds.
3. According to the local climate characteristics of the substation, pay attention to the inspection of equipment connection lines during strong wind seasons. If the analysis finds that the equipment swings greatly under the influence of wind, which may cause insufficient safety distance, report to dispatch immediately and relevant management departments, and prepare accident predictions and strengthen inspection and surveillance.
4. Sand and dust pollution has increased in recent years, which has caused certain harm to the porcelain insulation of substation equipment. Therefore, strict tests and creepage tests are required during the annual spring inspection to track the porcelain insulation.
5. When inspecting, pay attention to the door covers of equipment mechanism boxes, terminal boxes and other equipment. They must be closed and tightly sealed.
6. The doors and windows of the main control room and power distribution room should also be closed to prevent dust from flying into the room.
7. In accordance with operation management requirements, increase equipment inspections after strong winds and other weather conditions. Report any problems to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
IV. Measures to protect equipment against cold temperatures
1. The temperature in the substation can reach as low as -18° every winter, so outdoor equipment will not be harmed by too low temperatures.
2. Indoor equipment can turn on the air conditioner to heat up according to the indoor temperature.
3. For outdoor equipment terminal boxes and switch mechanism box heaters, the heaters should be put in and out in time according to the temperature every year to prevent the terminal boxes and mechanism boxes from getting damp.
4. Indoor switch cabinet heaters should be switched on and off in time according to the temperature every year.
5. After the heater is put into use, it must be inspected regularly. If it is found that there is no heat or short circuit, the defect should be reported and eliminated in time.
6. Every year when the temperature is the lowest, heaters should be put into the 35kV and 10kV power distribution rooms to raise the temperature to ensure the normal operation of the relay protection device.
5. Measures to prevent high temperature of equipment
1. The temperature in the substation can reach up to about 35° in summer every year, so outdoor equipment will not be affected by high temperatures.
2. Indoor equipment can turn on the air conditioner to cool down according to the indoor temperature.
3. The indoor protective device itself also generates heat, the ambient temperature is high, the heat dissipation is not good, and the screen door is tightly closed. In this case, the protective device door should be opened, and the screen door should be opened for ventilation and heat dissipation. But the number of inspections should be increased.
4. The main transformer of the substation is an oil-intruded air-cooled transformer. When the temperature reaches the point where ventilation starts automatically, the fan automatically rotates.
5. When inspecting the main transformer in summer, it is necessary to check that each fan is rotating well. If a fan fails, report it and report the defect in time and handle it.
6. Equipment moisture-proof measures
1. The DC system of the substation adopts the two-pole ungrounded method, and the cable trench cover is an independent block. Every spring and autumn, when it rains and snows, Finally, there is a lot of moisture in the terminal box of the substation, which can easily cause the DC system to be grounded at one point.
2. Severe moisture can cause terminal corrosion and poor contact. In order to ensure reliable moisture removal from the terminal box and prevent DC system grounding and terminal corrosion, the terminal box moisture-proof management system should be strictly implemented.
3. Moisture-proof measures for terminal boxes
