Classification and treatment methods of daily life garbage

The garbage generated in our daily life can be roughly divided into the following five categories:

The first category is: burning garbage, including firewood, paper scraps, sundries and non-recyclable packaging, which can be burned with firewood or Kugaji;

The second category is: compost garbage, including vegetable leaves, bean shells, rotten fruits, sweeping scraps, seed shells, leftovers, animal offal, etc. This kind of garbage can be piled up in digging ponds in vegetable gardens and other places, and those that can feed livestock and poultry can be fed to chickens and ducks;

The third category is: recyclable garbage, including waste plastics, films, seedling trays, packaging bags, bottles, waste rubber, foam, old shoes, pencils, pens, various kinds of waste paper, various kinds of porcelain, metals, wires, etc. This kind of garbage is collected by households and sold by themselves or regularly recycled by village cleaners;

the fourth category is: landfill waste, waste soil, waste bricks, waste rocks, waste ceramics, coal cinder, coal ash, sick and dead livestock and poultry, etc., in which construction waste can be piled up in a centralized way, landfilled at designated places, paved by monasteries, and sick and dead livestock and poultry should be treated harmlessly;

the fifth category is: non-recyclable garbage, such as batteries, bulbs, tubes, medicine bottles, pesticide bottles and other harmful waste. This kind of garbage should be collected by farmers themselves and put into the trash can, sent to the designated recycling station or notified to the cleaning staff to collect it at home.

what kinds of garbage classification are common in China?

At present, domestic garbage in China can be generally divided into four categories: recyclable garbage, kitchen waste, harmful waste and other garbage. At present, the commonly used garbage disposal methods mainly include: comprehensive utilization, sanitary landfill, incineration for power generation, composting and resource return.

recyclable waste mainly includes waste paper, plastic, glass, metal and cloth. Waste paper mainly includes newspapers, periodicals, books, all kinds of wrapping paper, office paper, advertising paper, cartons and so on, but it should be noted that paper towels and toilet paper are too water-soluble to be recycled. Plastics mainly include all kinds of plastic bags, plastic packaging materials, disposable plastic lunch boxes and tableware, toothbrushes, cups, mineral water bottles, toothpaste skins and so on. Glass mainly includes various glass bottles, broken glass pieces, mirrors, light bulbs, thermos flask, etc. Metal objects mainly include cans, cans and so on. Cloth mainly includes discarded clothes, tablecloths, washcloths, schoolbags, shoes, etc.

The kitchen waste includes food wastes such as leftovers, bones, roots, leaves and peels. After being composted in situ by biotechnology, about .3 tons of organic fertilizer can be produced per ton.
