Speech of ninth grade experience exchange meeting

Lecture Notes of the Seminar for Grade Three

Since the beginning of school in February, I have attended 17 lessons of the review for Grade Three in seven or eight schools in the urban area, and exchanged ideas with teachers on how to have a good review class after class, and solicited their suggestions for the senior high school entrance examination. Generally speaking, the teachers in the preparation group of the third grade in each school are full of energy and methods, can unify the steps, often discuss and communicate together, pay attention to the combination of teaching and practice, and teach methods. The review materials I have seen include: Learning Method Newspaper, Chinese Weekly, 214-215 Classified Essentials of Senior High School Entrance Examination Questions, 215 Four-Round Review Method Manual, 215 Senior High School Entrance Examination Sprint for Nuclear Power, and the comprehensive exercise book for senior high school entrance examination review. Many preparation groups also write their own classified exercises, such as pronunciation, font, sick sentences, rhetoric, various stylistic knowledge, key points and skills of answering questions, composition materials and so on.

Problems found in lectures:

1. A few teachers are not very clear about what to say, what to practice and what students should master in each review class. They are often a newspaper and a test paper, which is not thorough enough.

2. I don't quite understand the evaluation requirements of the new curriculum standard on the knowledge points and ability points of grade 9. There are some requirements that exceed the standard in the review, such as too many explanations and rhetorical devices, terminology in classical Chinese, flexible use of nouns, adverbial postposition, prepositional object, etc.

3. Little blackboard writing, let alone blackboard writing design, can't give students an intuitive feeling;

4. Pay attention to classical Chinese and classical poetry in class, and despise style. Some will repeat the classical Chinese and stir up cold rice;

5. Reading analysis of modern literature always traces back to the original text with the questions asked, but does not seriously lead students to read the original text carefully, clarify the structure, grasp the main idea, understand the writing method and analyze the language. The performance is as follows: first, give students 5 minutes and 8 minutes to read the passage by themselves, then the teacher asks and the students answer (a few); Second, the teachers themselves talk about the structure and main meaning of the selected text, which is not summed up by the students themselves, and the effect is not great;

6. A few teachers are lax in their teaching routine, and they don't stand up after class. Teachers and students say hello to each other, which seems to be slack. Most of the exercises and homework that should be done are collectively revised by students. As for how the students did, whether they have been revised or not is not checked.

Review suggestions:

1. Study more papers and test questions, especially the senior high school entrance examination papers in our province and our city last year and five sets of simulated test papers in our city this year.

2. Teachers ask questions, but students suffer. It is necessary to carefully select the exercises and speak deeply and thoroughly.

3. Put the combination of teaching and practice into practice. We should have the spirit of enduring great hardships, timely review, timely feedback and timely adjustment. (an example of Mr. Xu Jiyou in No.1 Middle School)

4. Teaching methods, taking reading teaching as an example:

First, make clear the evaluation requirements of the curriculum standard for reading teaching:

☆ Examine the ability of feeling, understanding, appreciation and evaluation of the text, and examine it from the aspects of sentence understanding, grasping the meaning, summarizing the main points, exploring the content and reading feelings;

☆ Focus on the comprehensive understanding of the text, that is, perceive the text as a whole, understand the author's attitude, viewpoint and emotion, understand the content and ideas of the text, understand the meaning and function of sentences in the language environment, have their own experience on the text content, language characteristics and writing methods, and be able to raise opinions and questions;

☆ Understand the characteristics and functions of narrative, description, explanation, discussion and lyricism;

☆ Appreciating literary works can make you feel the image in the works and appreciate beautiful and wonderful language;

☆ Develop the habit of reading books and newspapers, and learn to browse, extract, retrieve, make cards and write reading notes.

Second, focus on analyzing several sets of reading questions in other experimental areas with high validity, clarify the structure with students, summarize the main idea, grasp its proposition ideas, angles and answering skills, and teach methods:

Method 1: read the full text quickly for the first time, together with the questions after the text, and know what to ask; Read the full text intensively for the second time, tick off and draw important words;

method 2: read the full text intensively for the first time, together with the topics at the end of the text, and then read it quickly for the second time after knowing the requirements, and draw important words and phrases.

method 3: read the questions carefully and answer whatever you ask; Deduce the main points of answering questions from the attached points.

5. Be sure to have a blackboard writing to show the important content, article structure or author's ideas, which is also helpful to improve students' writing level. The important content is summarized in one sentence, for example:

This paper explains how avian influenza virus harms human health by comparing and listing figures.

This paper uses the method of metaphorical argument, and uses factual arguments and rational arguments to discuss what's the point of view.

This paper tells the story of Sister Lucy leading six deaf children to Yinmeng Lake to listen to the sound of water lilies blooming, and praises her for creating miracles that cannot be achieved by medicine with love.

in a word? You want to learn poetry, but kung fu is beyond poetry? I suggest that when you go back to teaching junior one, you should do a good job in every Chinese class and put the cultivation of students' ability to learn and use the Chinese language into every teaching link.

Today, my speech is my reflection on the work of Grade Three. Some speeches may be sharp, but I am doing it for the work of Grade Three. Our goal for Grade Three was set last year. The city is in the top 2, and the target is No.4 Middle School. At the mobilization meeting on the third day of August last year, many teachers had great confidence in the current students, so we will know in less than three months. What is the situation and can we achieve our goals?

First, the current situation of grade three

1. All subjects have entered the review stage in an all-round way, and all preparation groups have made a review plan, hoping that this plan is not just writing.

2. In order to strengthen the pertinence of oral listening training in grade three, we must absorb the effective practices of other schools, and don't build cars behind closed doors. Our methods have been building cars for more than ten years, and we haven't built a good car. For this reason, I have consulted President Xie of No.4 Middle School for the oral English listening test, and the simulated score of No.4 Middle School is the eighth in the city, which is the same as that of No.2 Middle School. I asked how to arrange the time for review next, but he said that it would be the same without special arrangement. They have been teaching oral English and listening since the first class started on September 1 last year, and the foundation is very good.

3. Physical training has been carried out on a large scale. Please ask two physical education teachers to seriously and comprehensively think about the training plan and guide the students to do the selection work well. The physical education group of the big recess training plan will be adjusted next week, and some teachers need to cooperate with the guidance and management. I hope that the class teacher or management teacher can take responsibility and be strict with the management of students, and the training must be trained, otherwise it will lose the meaning of training. Students who are not correct in thinking and unwilling to practice should not go to the playground, but should do their ideological work well before playing.

4. There are many jobs that are slightly delayed in Grade Three. For example, for the management of the fourth class in the afternoon, many teachers did not understand the spirit of President Shi's speech at the teachers' meeting. For the current arrangement of the fourth class, the school has made a careful decision after a long period of observation. The purpose is to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability, improve learning efficiency and avoid teachers' bad habits of blindly talking about topics and homework. After a week, the current situation is:

2. Several questions for all our junior three teachers to think about.

1. Have you found out the situation of students?

There are 17 teachers in Grade Three General School. Among them, six teachers, Zhu Guoqin, Huang Qing, Wang Chao, Ba Shengliang, Cao Jianfang and Di Jianfu, have been in contact with Grade Three students for a relatively long time. For more than one year, more than a dozen other teachers started to contact on September 1st last year. Through the running-in for half a year last semester, teachers and students should be better integrated. However, due to special circumstances, they have been reorganized this semester. Then, do you have a thorough understanding of the learning foundation, study habits and personality of each student in the class? A deep understanding of students is the basis for the effectiveness of your review for the senior high school entrance examination.

The main body of teaching is students, whose basis and personality are different, so the review of senior high school entrance examination is highly targeted and timely. Our goal is to get a high score, and this high score should not be obtained by hook or by crook, but on the premise of standardization, science and efficiency. This requires our teachers to calm down, get to know each student deeply, understand his foundation, his habits, his thoughts and prescribe the right medicine.

Physics has been reviewed for a week. During this week, I felt deeply. In the review process, I tried to correct all the assignments assigned by Grade Three. I found that the students in this class had a poor physical foundation in Grade Two and the basic concepts were confused. Because there are many review contents and limited class hours, I arranged for students to go home to read books and review independently and then do basic concept problems. The next day, many students did not do it when they were free, saying they would not do it. Then I checked the students' textbooks, and found that the textbooks were basically blank, and there were almost no notes, which was completely different from my class requirements. Now the physics textbooks of the students in Class 1, Grade 2 are full, so the effect of going home to read books and reviewing independently is zero. Then I spent a day chatting with some students to understand the learning situation of Grade Two. Some students actually told me that Grade Two is more difficult than Grade Three.

Physics is the weakest subject from Grade Two to Grade Three, and there are serious problems. We physics teachers need to reflect hard and try to turn the situation around. At the same time, please give us more support and help. Although other subjects are better than physics, I don't think there will be similar problems. I hope all teachers can do this work well first, and they must review efficiently on the basis of understanding students before they can sprint for the senior high school entrance examination.
