As the first batch of national pilot cities for the integration of production and education in Jiangsu, Changzhou has continuously innovated its service means from the aspects of industrial development, technician education, training and appraisal, strengthened the construction of carrier platform, and promoted the rapid growth of skilled personnel.

Changzhou Trade Union closely focuses on intelligent transformation and digital transformation, focusing on the city's top ten advanced manufacturing industrial clusters, eight high-growth industrial chains and new energy automobile industrial clusters. Guided by market demand, we will actively explore and practice the development model of deep integration of production and education, and establish "Changzhou Craftsman College".

By planning majors, setting courses, developing teaching materials and "order-based" training, the college has carried out in-depth vocational skills training, incubated top-notch skilled talents, and trained more "Longcheng craftsmen" and outstanding engineers. At present, the city has built 1 municipal craftsman colleges and 2 district-level craftsman colleges, and 1.80 industrial workers are "hospitalized" for further study.

Building a successful craftsman system

The growth of craftsmen and skilled personnel needs continuous policy guidance and support. Changzhou has gradually established a "1+N" skills training policy system.

Focus on promoting seven types of training, such as certificate training, employment skills training, pre-job skills training, job skills upgrading training, enterprise new apprenticeship training, entrepreneurship training and project-based training, and incorporate social vocational training into the quantitative indicators of the annual "Ten Goals" assessment management of technical colleges in the city.

As early as 65438+February in 2020, Changzhou took the lead in formulating the Tenth Five-year Plan for the Construction of Skilled Talents in Changzhou (202 1-2025) and the Three-year Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Technician Education in Changzhou (202 1-2023).

It is also the first in the province to carry out the "two skills" training for vocational college students. At present, it has supported 50,000 students to participate, effectively enhancing the employment competitiveness of graduates.

At the same time, oriented by professional ability and focusing on work performance, Changzhou has gradually established an evaluation system of diversified skilled talents with the participation of the government, society, enterprises and laborers, and promoted the identification of vocational skill levels.

At the same time, around the fields of digital skills, intelligent manufacturing and characteristic industries, in 2022, the city launched 15 first-class competitions and 46 second-class competitions, attracting 2 158 enterprises and more than 33,000 "skilled craftsmen" to participate.

A three-level competition system with municipal competition as the main body, municipal (district) competition as the support and enterprise competition innovation competition as the basis has been constructed, paving a "high-speed channel" for accelerating the cultivation and selection of all kinds of high-skilled talents urgently needed for industrial development in our city.
