My villa staircase style

The design of the villa stairs is like a walking ladder standing in a conspicuous place in the villa. Its platform and steps are fan-shaped planes, and the width inside the steps is very small, forming a steep slope. It is unsafe to walk and the structure is complicated. Rotating stairs saves space. Generally speaking, if the space is small, the size of the hole of the spiral staircase can be opened to 1300* 1300MM, or 1400 * 10.

3. My villa stair telescopic staircase: the staircase is made of high-strength cold-rolled carbon steel and can withstand 200 kilograms of pressure. Second, the stair space design of my villa

1. In fact, we all have this experience of villa stairs in our lives. The stairs that go straight up and down on the same floor will make us feel very tired, and we will be panting after climbing up. On the contrary, if we climb the winding stairs, it seems that we feel very light when we climb them. When we walk up a fan-shaped staircase or a wave-shaped staircase, there may be a feeling of luxury and dignity wrapped around us quietly, so designing a spiral staircase is sometimes a good skill.

2. Modular staircase and steel skeleton currently used in China; Stairs, after installation, there will be a space under the stairs. This space can't be empty, it needs to be arranged. If this space is empty, you will feel the stairs crumbling.

3. The comfortable stair step height is 15cm. If it exceeds 18cm, you will feel tired climbing stairs. The suitable width of the steps is 27-30cm. According to the residential area of 2.9m, the projection length of single staircase is about 5m. Generally speaking, double stairs or spiral stairs can save more space.

Three, my villa stairs design considerations

1. In order to save space, some people design the height of stairs to be more than 20 cm, which not only makes walking extremely steep and laborious, but also makes the space under the stairs difficult to use. If the stairs are spacious, they can be used as telephone corners, audio-visual areas, children's playgrounds or storage rooms.

2, pay attention to the empty living room is really stylish, but limited by the venue, some people can only use the stairs to make a small stairwell. In fact, being too narrow and insulated from style is nothing more than adding a mini "patio" to the room.

3. Stairs have obvious directionality in space. Facing the stairs, everyone can't help climbing them. Therefore, the stairs at the entrance should not directly point to the corridor leading to the bedroom area, so as to lead people's attention to private space.
