Management: (1) Part-time safety supervisors accept the direct leadership of the Safety Committee Office without leaving work, and all units must provide strong support. 1. Implement the policy of “safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management” and implement the relevant safety work instructions of the superior safety committee and deployment, and implement the relevant provisions of labor safety, labor protection policies, laws and regulations promulgated by the state and the head office, as well as personal, equipment, fire and explosion safety rules. Implement the "Five Simultaneities" principle of safe production; establish factory safety production goals and organize and implement assessment and management.

2. According to the company's safety production guidelines and policies, research, deploy, and guide the company's safety production work, organize the preparation and implementation of the company's safety production and environmental protection technology measures plans, and safety production regulations systems and safety operating procedures, rationally arrange and use safety production and labor protection funds, and continuously improve employee safety production conditions.

3. Supervise and inspect the implementation of the company's safety work arrangements in each workshop and department, and organize regular safety inspections of equipment, injuries, fire and explosion protection according to seasonal characteristics, research and discover unsafe factors, and eliminate hidden dangers. Supervise and assess safety production responsibility targets, and review and approve safety production reward and punishment plans.

4. Hold safety committee meetings regularly to summarize and promote advanced experience in production safety, analyze and diagnose the company's production safety situation and unsafe factors, research, coordinate and solve major problems in production safety, and formulate countermeasures Measures to control regularity, inertia, tendency, criticality, and advance issues. 8. The Safety Committee is responsible for organizing a monthly safety production (including safety objectives) assessment and inspection activities for each unit; organizing a safety analysis meeting every quarter; and conducting an annual review of the safety production work of each unit. 3. Temporary safety meeting system

According to the superior's instructions on safety production work, combined with the company's work priorities in each period or major safety issues that occur in the daily production process, temporary safety meetings are held , study and deploy relevant key tasks or response measures.

4. Top-down meeting participation and bottom-up reporting system

Members of the company's production safety committee must participate in regular safety meetings of the workshop department, especially the leaders in charge must participate every month In charge of the regular safety meetings of the workshop department, inspect, supervise and help solve problems in safety production, and improve the quality of the regular safety meetings of the workshop department.
