Project funds are usually settled in a few days at the end of the year.

The method of advance payment at the end of ten days or in the middle of the month, settlement at the end of the month and liquidation after completion shall be implemented. For projects completed in New Year's Eve, the project inventory shall be conducted at the end of the year, and the annual settlement shall be handled. In China's current construction and installation project price settlement, a considerable part of this monthly settlement method is implemented.

2. One-time settlement after completion

If the construction period of all construction and installation projects of a construction project or a single project is within 12 months, or the contract amount of the project is below10 million yuan, the project price can be paid in advance in the middle of each month and settled in one lump sum after completion.

3. Partial settlement

That is, the single project or unit project that started in that year and could not be completed in that year shall be settled in different stages according to the project image progress. Installment settlement can be paid in advance on a monthly basis. The segmentation criteria shall be stipulated by all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning.

4. Target payment method

That is, in the project contract, the content of the contracted project is decomposed into different control interfaces, and the owner's acceptance control interface is the prerequisite for paying the project price. In other words, the project content in the contract is decomposed into different acceptance units. When the contractor completes the unit project content and is accepted by the owner (or its client), the owner pays the project price that constitutes the unit project content. In essence, the target payment method is to actively control the completion of the project through contract and financial means.
