First of all, there are two ways to adjust your paper size and the vertical and horizontal directions of the paper in the page setup:

1, set the page size directly by measuring the length and width of the work card you designed;

2. Calculate how many Zhang Gong cards can be printed on ordinary A4 paper by measuring the length and width of the work card you designed, and then plan;

Generally speaking, printing in A4 paper size is more cost-effective, that is, you have to design a page to print several copies.

Then, start the design, and use the text box of the drawing tool to design. Pay attention to some details, such as the name and position in the work card don't need boxes, just double-click the text box that has been drawn, and then set the line color to "wireless bar color". It is estimated that you should have posted photos on your work card, so the line color of the text box with photos is still the default.

Third, the overall merger can be avoided, but in order to facilitate your future use, it is best to merge as a whole. When merging, hold down the SHIFT key, one point at a time. After selecting all, right-click the map and select Merge.

Finally, copy. Hold down the CTRL key and drag the merged picture, and you can copy it. Drag as many times as needed. Drag the copied picture to the original design location.

It should be noted here that sometimes a picture and another picture cannot be aligned up, down, left and right by manual dragging. You can click the "Drawing" menu bar in the lower right corner to pop up a menu, where you can select "Alignment and Distribution" to see many alignment methods, just choose one that suits you!
