The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

The first is the overall requirements. "Place code" is an important path for tracing the source of flow regulation, and it is also an important data source for depicting the space-time trajectory of regional personnel and finding dense and sub-dense personnel. Under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, all township offices and industry authorities should comprehensively promote the use of "place code" with the support of the Internet, big data and "Love Shandong" APP for the purpose of facilitating people's production and life, so as to help prevent and control the epidemic accurately and realize full registration of "one person, one yard" travelers, full coverage of "one yard inspection" public places and "one yard communication".

The second is the "place code" function. "Place code" mainly includes: personal code scanning, personal code generation, manager code scanning, place code application and other functions. Personal code scanning means that when people with smart phones enter and leave various public places, they scan the "place code" by logging in to the "Love Shandong" APP to display health information, nucleic acid detection information and other contents, and the place staff will release it after scanning the code for verification; Personal code replacement means that special people such as the elderly and children help to apply for personal codes through the community or family members living together, and print a paper version to carry at any time. Code scanning by managers means that special people produce paper personal codes when entering and leaving various public places, which are released after being scanned and verified by place managers. Place code application refers to all kinds of public places to apply for place codes, which are downloaded and printed and posted at the entrances and exits of public places for residents to scan the codes. After the "Place Code" is enabled, the original electronic health codes of Healthy Shandong and Healthy Zibo will no longer be used for information verification, and all of them will be released through the verification of "Place Code".

Third, the scope of use. Hotels, hotels, restaurants, scenic spots, cultural entertainment and other business places; Shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, logistics express and other key industry places; Hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and other places; All kinds of public transport stations and public transport vehicles; Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions and units stationed in Zi; Relatively closed places such as various residential quarters; All kinds of schools, kindergartens and off-campus training institutions; Other controlled key public places.

The fourth is related requirements. All township offices and departments in charge of various industries should implement the territorial and departmental responsibilities, conscientiously do a good job in the implementation and use of the "place code", and complete the registration, application, download and print, posting and use of the "place code" of township offices and industries before April 1. All kinds of public places should designate responsible persons to strictly check the scanning code, health information and nucleic acid detection information of people entering and leaving, and check the scanning code information of people holding personal access codes; All personnel who hold the green code and carry out nucleic acid testing as required will be released, and no other restrictions will be set. People outside the city must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate and produce personal health information when entering and leaving public places, and staff in public places must truthfully register the time of entry and exit.
